Booking a day with us means you agree to the following. Everything detailed here is explained at your initial assessment, but if you have any concerns just let one of us know.

Bookings and cancellations

Days are booked in advance and invoiced monthly. Cancel with more than 24 hours’ notice and there’s nothing to pay. Cancel on the day and the full rate applies, because the space has been held and staffed.

Health and behaviour

Your dog needs current vaccinations, flea and worm treatment, and must be fit to join a group. We may ask you to collect your dog early if they’re unwell or unsettled. If a dog needs a vet during the day, we’ll act in their best interest and pass on the cost.

Licence

Pickles Doggy Daycare is licensed by Wealden District Council, licence 35563, and fully insured.
